We here at Holz Schmidt see ourselves as partners of the forest and obtain our timber through responsible purchases from local regions and sustainable forestry, for the protection of our environment and the responsibility to the people connected to it.
The positive life cycle assessment of the building material wood is being maintained during processing in our company.
Each log is utilized down to the smallest part. For example, the highly modern KVH production facility is keeping waste to a minimum. The wood scraps are further utilized for ecological and economic purposes and for the refinement and impregnation of the products only environmentally friendly products are used.
All Schmidt products have excellent properties and are perfectly suitable for ecological and economical construction.
